A recontinuation of the old DEX Explorer with many features from the original roadmap

Features Include:

• Data Explorer app, lets you search garbage collection for const, upvals, etc, and allow for easy modification, and provides a detailed view of the function when clicked on

• Script Environment viewer on right click context action menu for script instances, shows all global funcs, local funcs, and tables if any

• Thread Explorer app, lets you view all active ingame threads currently running

• Binary saveinstance module

• Debugging Interface app, lets you hook any Function/Event/Method/Signal or Property to change its intended behaviour (select any instance in the explorer to see it in action)

• Search Filters, you can do stuff like Name="Something" in the searchbar and itll show you all instances with name "Something"

• Autocomplete in the search bar

• Copy button besides properties to be pasted into luau
